The book I need is checked out. What can I do?

If you’re not in a hurry, you can place a hold on the item using the libraries' online catalog. The item will be held for you once it’s returned, and you will receive a notification that it’s ready for pick-up.

If you need the book sooner, you can request a copy from another library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). If you’re not sure how to place an ILL request, please ask a librarian for help.
