If you're experiencing issues accessing an e-resource remotely it could be for many reasons. Here are a few ways to troubleshoot these problems when they do occur:
1. Clear the browsing data (cache, cookies, etc.) on your browser (Learn how to clear your cache on any browser)
2. Try a different browser.
3. If you're using a personal VPN (Virtual Private Network) turn it off and try accessing the resource again. Here's a video that demonstrates how to do that.
